Emayson's Restuarant is an "INDEPENDENTLY" operated restaurant whithin the Windsor Lodge. Award winning owner/operator Don Neville is an accomplished chef with experiences from Hyatt Hotel, Cave House of Margaret River and numerous fine dinning establishment in Western Austrsalia.
